Eddy is the founder of The Growth Game, LLC which focuses on helping professionals think and act creatively about revenue generation and leadership leverage. He is also a co-founder of The Pontem Group, LLC, which helps businesses bridge talent with opportunity through active search and consulting, with a niche focus on the financial sector.
Eddy is the author of the book, The Growth Game: A Millennial’s Guide to Professional Development and author/creator of “Miss Money Plan” a financial literacy book series for kids and the adults that read with them. He is a contributing writer for Entrepreneur Magazine where he was name a “most trending” writer.
Eddy believes that many of the leadership and business development programs that he has built for wealth management/financial planning firms can also upgrade the businesses and lifestyles for professionals in various growing fields.
Eddy holds his FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses for investment and NYSE securities supervision. Eddy also holds his Certified Financial Planner, CFP ® designation and has his Chartered Financial Consultant degree. In the past, Eddy has worked with HBO, various start-ups and founded Big Hope Films, a non-profit film project for disabled young adults. He is a graduate of New York University and resides in Lower Manhattan with his wife and two daughters.
