About The Growth Game, LLC

The Why

The Growth Game, LLC., is a professional development company that exists to empower executives, entrepreneurs and driven professionals to think and act creatively about revenue generation.  We focus on two core concepts: Connectivity and Creativity.

When people hear the term connectivity today, their minds go to technology.  When we talk about connectivity we mean human to human.  We help professionals connect better with their prospects, clients and colleagues, restoring the art of human connectivity in a sales process, recruiting process or team building.

Creativity is bringing new thinking to a business’s growth strategy or a professional’s career advancement and colloborating on efficient action.

The What

We consider revenue generation anything that helps a business or a professional enhance their income.  This could be through sales and distribution projects, recruiting the right talent, modernizing leadership development, head-turning marketing ideas and professional development coaching.

The How

Every client relationship can look different.  We work with clients in customized consulting partnerships, study groups, speaking engagements, employee coaching and active talent searches.
