He is also a co-founder of The Pontem Group, LLC, which helps businesses bridge talent with opportunity through active recruiting and consulting, with a niche focus on the financial sector.
Eddy is the author of the book, The Growth Game: A Millennial’s Guide to Professional Development and is a contributing writer for Entrepreneur Magazine where he was a “most trending” writer.
Eddy believes that many of the leadership, sales and business development programs that he has helped to build and implement for financial planning firms can be invaluable to other professionals in different industries.
Eddy holds his FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses for investment and NYSE securities supervision. Eddy also holds his Certified Financial Planner, CFP ® designation and has his Chartered Financial Consultant designation. In the past, Eddy has worked with HBO, various publications and founded Big Hope Films, a non-profit film project for disabled young adults. He is a graduate of New York University and is a member of the NYU Young Alumni Leadership Circle. He resides in Lower Manhattan with his wife and two daughters.
